JSI understands the many approaches to financing health care and the impact that changes in financing have on consumers, providers and payers. We conduct research on consumer and employer purchasing practices. We understand how public payers, including those in Medicaid, Medicare and state programs, pay for health care. We apply our knowledge to assist state and federal agencies and businesses develop payment and purchasing policies. We also help providers maximize revenues and minimize administrative burden. JSI has particular expertise in issues related to the millions of people who are underinsured or the uninsured. We work with many communities and providers to assure that people have access to affordable health care.
