JSI believes that quality management (QM) strategies are essential to achieving optimum equity and effectiveness in the delivery of health programs. In the United States and around the world, we develop customized QM approaches and implement them in public and private settings, across a range of health issues, including primary care, HIV and AIDS, and reproductive health. Our consultants have expertise in the development of standards, selection of indicators and outcomes, data collection and analysis, formulation and testing of solutions, and evaluating the performance of innovative models. Using established QM principles, we provide assistance at the level of health systems, networks, facilities or programs. Our projects extend beyond the clinical areas, addressing other community-based and supportive services, such as case management, outreach and substance abuse treatment.
