JSI plans and implements meetings and conferences for small and large health care groups, providing forums to address critical health care issues. Participants gain knowledge and skills in a wide variety of public health topics, including emerging epidemics and health disparities. JSI's services include pre-conference planning, on-site logistics management, and post-conference evaluation. JSI also conducts audio and videoconferences, as well as webcasts, as appropriate, for small and large groups. JSI begins by meeting with clients to identify appropriate topics, facilities, speakers, and exhibitors. We then contract with speakers and facilities and coordinate all event planning and logistics details. Using state-of-the-art web-based technologies, we develop and disseminate marketing and registration information, manage registrations, and coordinate logistics to ensure a successful event that is custom tailored for clientÂ’s needs. JSI also collects and compiles information crucial to evaluating the success of the event, as well as for planning any future events. JSI also coordinates the process to apply and award continuing education credits (CEUs) and provides clients with post-conference evaluation, feedback, and all updated registration databases.
